Jim started the firm of JM Taylor & Associates over 25 years ago. Starting life as an accountancy firm he soon incorporated Life and Pension services into the firm’s remit in order to provide an all-round service to clients. Jim is highly qualified and having worked previously for Allied Dunbar, as an IFA, he provides a valuable conduit between the accountants and the financial services departments. Keith Hanna |

Keith has over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Having started his career as a graduate trainee, he moved on to work for Scottish Equitable and Winterthur Life as a Broker Consultant. Having spent time working in the South of England and 9 years in Aberdeen he returned to Northern Ireland in 2002. He operates solely in the area of Pensions and as a report writer is qualified to provide advice with G60 and additionally the K10, K20, CF9 and J05 Pension Qualifications. Keith is one of the few Advisors who are qualified to both Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner levels. Based in Belfast he is responsible for the development of and the provision of services to Professional Introducers in Belfast and Northern Ireland, and assists in the development of Specialist Pensions reporting systems. Martin Leask |

Martin is responsible for the day to day processes and smooth running of Specialist Pensions administration. Having worked in financial Services since leaving school he has worked mainly in the Pensions area.
His job involves updating Professional Introducers on individual cases, and providing essential back up for the business development managers.

Lorraine Cheyne |

Lorraine gained extensive experience with Standard Life as a Team Leader at senior administration level. Her responsibilities included providing technical assistance to Broker Consultants and IFA’s.
She compiles and reseaches the information required for TVAS reports along with O&M Pension Profiler

Ayeshea Low |

Ayeshea gained extensive experience with Standard Life at senior administration level which included providing technical assistance to Broker Consultants and IFA’s.
Ayeshea works as a support to Martin in handling cases from authorising mandate stage, dealing with trustees, and existing scheme providers.
She also gathers and collates information which is used in the construction of reports
